26-Hour Combined

Professional Practitioner Training

(combining the Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced & Professional Launch Pad training)

(29 hours if the Induction session is required)

For women who want to give sensual massage to women as a part-time or full-time profession.

This professional training is designed for those women who want a career as professional sensual massage therapists given to female clients. Whether to work part-time or full-time, the knowledge you will gain from this training can launch you into a career that can potentially earn upwards of £5000 ($6000) a month as a full-time practitioner. You will become skilled in giving a 90-minute full-body sensual massage to a variety of female types and understand the many and varied motivations of women who want to experience sensual massage.

The Optional 3-hour Induction Session – £300

To qualify for the 25-hour professional training, if you have no previous experience of giving massage or working in adult services, you may be asked to attend a 3-hour induction session. The purpose is to ensure you fully know the complexities and responsibilities of working as a professional sensual masseur. It is important that you also understand what is required, the time frame for making your practice financially successful, and explain your motivation for embarking on a career as a part-time or full-time sensual masseur for women.

The cost of the induction class is £300 ( additional to the 26-hour professional training cost )

In this class, you will

Explain motivation & ambitions
Tell me about any massage experience or experience relating to supporting people.
Describe the current relationship situation and how you see working alongside this intimate work.
Describe current or planned future living/working arrangements for giving sensual massage as a professional therapist.
Discuss your health and emotional well-being for this role. This will involve discussing your upbringing and parental and family relationships when you are young.
Watch and take part in giving a 75-minute full-body sensual massage to a female volunteer receiver.

Assessment

Taking this induction & assessment class does not guarantee acceptance into the professional training. It may be that after the induction, you feel you need more time to consider the decision before committing to the time and cost, or maybe take the Foundation and Intermediate class and then return at a future date for the remaining 10 hours of the two professional training classes.

Skipping the Induction Class

In certain situations, the Induction Class can be skipped. If the student has already taken training in giving massages or is already working professionally, seeing clients for sensual/intimate/somatic bodywork, it may be possible to move directly to the Foundation Class.

The 26-hour Combined Professional Practitioner Training incorporates six modules

Optional – 3-hour Induction Session (to be taken if you have not had any previous training with Colin or any other sensual massage training). This can be discussed on the application.
Module 1 – 6-hour Foundation (taken as 2 x 3 hours)
Module 2 – 6-hour Intermediate (taken as 2 x 3 hours)
Module 3 – 6-hour Advanced Training (taken as 2 x 3 hours)
Module 4 – 5-hour Launch Pad part 1 (taken as 1 x 5 hours or 1 x 2 & 1 x 3 hours)
Module 5 – 3-hour Launch Pad part 2 – A final practice massage and an optional photo session for your marketing.

Splitting the Training

If you’ve completed the Foundation or Intermediate classes or attended a group workshop, you can skip module 1 (the 3-hour Induction class).

Foundation completed: Skip to modules 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Foundation and Intermediate completed: Skip to modules 4, 5, and 6.

Understanding female arousal and what women enjoy sensually and sexually from another woman
On how to welcome and have a pre-treatment conversation
Client care to encourage confidence and calm in the client
Learning standard therapeutic massage techniques
How to gradually incorporate full-body sensual arousal
Learn to encourage slow arousal by stimulating her mind by touching the sensitive but non-erotic areas of the female body.
Use your body contact to stimulate her
Give breast and nipple massage within the massage
Buttock and upper thigh massage within the massage
Clitoral stimulation
External vaginal stimulation
Internal vaginal stimulation
Internal G-Spot & D-Spot stimulation
Oral techniques ( optional )
Scissoring within the massage
Mutual masturbation techniques
Introducing light domination into the massage
External anal stimulation

Module 1 – Foundation Training

(taken as 2 x 3 hours)

In the 6-hour Foundation class, you will learn:-

Learn about the biology and anthropology of female and male sexuality and how it relates to sensual massage.
Receive an introduction to the psychology of female arousal and how it relates to physiological arousal.
Give a full-body sensual massage with therapeutic, sensual and erotic techniques.
To encourage slow seductive arousal by stimulating her mind by touching the sensitive non-erotic areas of the female body.

Module 3 Advanced Training

(taken as 1 x 6 hours or 2 x 3 hours)

In this 6-hour class, we cover:-

You will give two more practice massages on two female receivers, repeating all you have learned plus additional techniques that can be required by some female clients. These being:-

Assertive & dominant techniques
Enabling female ejaculation
Incorporating oral clitoral practice
Incorporating oral vaginal practice
Managing client to masseur erotic interactions ie oral and masturbation
Managing reciprocal arousal without losing the integrity of the massage
Managing mutual arousal and positions for masseur to be taken to ejaculation

Additional learning

Managing the appointment: introductions, how to conduct an appointment as a professional masseur, and tailoring to your client’s needs.
Developing the techniques learned in the Foundation and Intermediate classes to apply them to a professional situation
Understanding the motivations and situations that female clients may bring to the treatment
Managing reciprocal touch and arousal
Being able to provide a bespoke massage based on a completed Consent Authorisation & Request Form, and this the client needs
Personal boundaries in a professional setting

Module 4 Professional Launch Pad

(taken as 1 x 5 hours or 1 x 2 hours & 1 x 3 hours)

part 2 – 3 hours of final massage practice is given on your own when the volunteer receiver is worked with as you would a client

Module 5 Professional Launch Pad Final Session

You give this to the female receiver independently, with Colin observing and if required it can be filmed if wanted for your website and marketing.

Course Fees – £3000

Practising on eight different female volunteers in eight practice sessions with your massage included given by Colin

Module 2 = two female volunteers in two practice sessions
Module 3 = two female volunteers in two practice sessions
Module 4 = two female volunteers in two practice session
Module 5 = business set-up session followed by one female volunteer in one practice session
Module 6 = You giving a practice massage filmed to a female volunteer and for your marketing

Non Combined Option – £4000

Taking each training session independently, rather than as a combined package, totals £4000, as shown below. This non-combined option is not time restricted, and the training can be spread over as long a period as suits you.

However, committing to the combined professional training package saves you £1000, a 25% reduction.

6 hour Foundation = £850

Pay by instalments for the Professional training

Experience your own massage

This is recommended since experiencing your own sensual massage gives you a much better understanding of the techniques you are learning. As a student taking a massage my man course, you qualify for a 50% discount voucher for a 90-minute massage given by Colin or Carla. This can be booked during the course or after the course is completed

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

To secure your place, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the day before your training begins.

Changing or Cancelling Your Training (More than 72 hours’ notice)

If you need to cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your first training session, you have two options:

Receive 75% of your deposit refunded, or transfer your booking to a new start date that begins within 12 weeks of the original booking

If the new training is not taken within this timeframe, the deposit is forfeited.

Postponements Within 2–3 Days of Start Date

If you postpone 2–3 days before your training:

Your deposit can be transferred only if:

a) You provide a new start date within 7 days of postponing
b) The new training begins within 12 weeks of the original date

If these conditions are not met, the deposit is forfeited and a new booking will be required.

24-Hour Cancellation or Non-Attendance

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend on the day, will result in the loss of the full deposit.

Missing an Individual Training Module

If you do not attend a scheduled module and have not given at least 24 hours’ notice, that session cannot be repeated and no refund will be given.

Pausing Your Training

Once your deposit or full fee has been paid, your place on the course is secured.

If genuine health issues or significant personal circumstances arise (with supporting evidence), you may pause your training.
All remaining sessions must then be completed within 12 months of your original start date.

Withdrawing After Training Has Started

If you choose to withdraw from the course after it has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of how many sessions you have attended.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases such as bereavement, serious injury, or significant illness, I will always do my best to be fair and supportive where appropriate evidence is provided.

This policy forms part of your training agreement and ensures clarity and fairness for both of us.

I recommend you take out cancellation insurance. To cover any cancellation, we recommend you seek a cancellation insurance policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS & INSURANCE

Colin Richards and Intimacy Matters have current Civil Liability Insurance (including Public/Products Liability and Professional Indemnity) that covers counselling services, and therapeutic and sensual massage. Clients taking a sensual massage, a psychosenual massage or any form of sensual treatment or sensual massage classes that involves nudity, arousal, and erotic stimulation do so at their own risk and will be asked to sign a waiver before taking the treatment.
