The Induction & Assessment Session – £350

This 3-hour session is a taster, a try-out, and a reality check—all in one. It’s a chance for you to:

  • Explore whether sensual massage is truly for you

  • Experience what it’s like to give pleasure to another man through touch

  • Get honest feedback on your natural abilities and potential

  • Understand the deeper responsibilities of this work

You’ll also have space to talk about your motivations, lifestyle, and any experience you bring—so I can support you in making the best decision for you.

What Happens in the Induction Session?

Cost: £350 (This is separate from the cost of the full training.)

In our time together, we’ll:

  • Talk about your motivations and ambitions

  • Discuss your current or planned living and working situation

  • Explore how this career could fit into your personal life or relationships

  • Check in on your emotional well-being and family background

  • Give you the chance to watch and participate with Colin in giving a 4 hands 90-minute sensual massage session with a male volunteer

Please note: Taking this class doesn’t guarantee a place on the full training. Sometimes, it’s best to pause, reflect, or start with just the Foundation and Intermediate modules before committing to the full program.

The 26-Hour Combined Professional Training

Everything You Need to Start Your Sensual Massage Practice

This is where the magic happens. Once accepted, you’ll begin a transformative, practical, and confidence-building journey.

The Full Training Includes:

  • 6 hours Foundation Training ( 2 x 3 hour modules )

  • 6 hours Intermediate Training ( 2 x 3 hour modules )

  • 6 hour Advanced Training

  • 2 hours Business Launchpad Training ( 1 x 2 hour module )

  • 6 hours Professional Practice ( 2 x 3 hours )

This equips you with everything you need to launch your own practice—with the potential to earn £5,000+ a month as a full-time masseur.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to understand male arousal—what men want and need

  • Client care skills—how to create trust, ease, and connection

  • How to deal with common challenges like erectile issues or performance anxiety

  • A complete sensual massage structure: from gentle, grounding touch to intense erotic arousal

  • Body-to-body massage techniques and mutual touch boundaries

  • How to integrate sensual elements like:

    • Nipple stimulation

    • Buttocks and upper thigh massage

    • Testicle massage (including Colin’s unique and unforgettable technique)

    • External anal touch and prostate massage

    • Oral techniques (optional)

    • Edging, frenum stimulation, and more

    • Even light domination elements if desired

Introductions & Conversations

In every sensual massage training session I run — whether it’s a 2.5-hour experiential class or part of the full 26-hour professional programme — I place enormous importance on the opening conversation. This is not just a polite ice-breaker; it’s the foundation for the trust, respect, and safety that underpin all truly great sensual massage work.

We begin with a 30–45 minute group discussion in which I guide students through:

  • Understanding male arousal — the physiological, emotional, and psychological components that make women’s sexual response unique.

  • Differences between various men’s approach to sexuality — how arousal patterns, emotional readiness, and context influence the experience.

  • Why men seek sensual massage — including:

    • Overcoming erectile challenges

    • Addressing premature ejaculation

    • Filling gaps in sexual knowledge or confidence

    • Exploring sexual intimacy and taking the emphasis off penetration

    • Exploring sexuality in a safe, non-judgmental setting

    • Simply enjoying pleasure for its own sake

    • Exploring same gender sexual intimacy safely and confidentially

This discussion helps students appreciate that their role is not just to perform techniques, but to meet each receiver where she is emotionally, physically, and psychologically.

When the Volunteer Arrives

Once our male volunteer receiver joins us, we allow 20–30 minutes for an intentional, two-way conversation.

The student is encouraged to:

  1. Introduce themselves and their training journey — explain why they are here, what stage of the course they are on, and what they hope to develop in today’s session.

  2. Listen to the volunteer’s motivations — understanding why he enjoys assisting in training, and what he personally values in a sensual massage.

  3. Explore his preferences and boundaries — discussing what he finds most pleasurable, what makes him feel safe and relaxed, and any areas he would like the student to focus on or avoid.

This exchange is not a formal interview — it’s a warm, respectful, and genuinely curious conversation that establishes mutual understanding.

Bonus Training & Business Support:

  • 2 hours on the emotional psychology behind touch, arousal, and trust

  • A 90-minute massage given to you by Colin (or swap for more practice)

  • Setting up your treatment space and brand

  • Marketing tips to attract clients and grow your reputation

  • 6 months of business support by phone

Advanced materials and information

The day before your Foundation class, you will receive:-

  • The Agenda for the Foundation class with details of the respective volunteer receivers you will be practising on
  • A PowerPoint presentation of the massage that you will be learning
  • Invited to become a member of Sensual Connect . Sensual Connect is  the Intimacy Matters networking platform for lovers of sensual massage and erotic foreplay where you can watch for free many sensual massage training videos in the Sensual Massage Training Videos Group and The Intimacy Matters Graduates Group.

Once you have completed the 26 hour professional training you also receive an invitation to join Sensual Connect –as a professional member and to promote your new sensual massage practice to the membership.

Flexible, Structured Training Designed for Your Success

The complete training is spread across 8 modules, taken over a maximum of 12 weeks. Each session is  3 hours, and you can schedule them weekdays between 9:30am and 8:00pm.

Prices

You can choose from the following training packages:

Option 1 – £2,850

8 different male volunteers + 1 90 min massage for yourself given at a different time

Foundation

  • Module 2: 3 hrs — Motivation chat + practice massage

  • Module 3: 3 hrs — New techniques + 4-hands massage

Intermediate

  • Module 4: 3 hrs — Erotic techniques + practice massage

  • Module 5: 3 hrs — Technique refinement

Advanced

  • Module 6: 2 x 3 hrs — Male sexual performance issues + 2 practice massage

Launch Pad

  • Module 7: 2 hrs — Business setup

Professional Training

  • Module 8: 6 hrs —2 x 3 hour final practice session

Option 2 – £2,650

8 different male volunteers (no massage for you)

Option 1 & 2  Training Dates & Deadlines

  • Training must be completed within 12 weeks of your first session

  • If not completed in time, any remaining sessions are forfeited

  • No refunds are given for missed sessions

Option 3 – Pay-As-You-Go – £3500

Take each training segment separately this can be spread over a 12 month period 

  • Foundation – £750

  • Intermediate – £850

  • Advanced – £900

  • Launchpad Business Training – £1000

More Than Massage – Launch Your Business

During the final Launch Pad & Professional modules, you’ll receive expert guidance on:

  • Setting up your treatment space

  • 6 months of business support and guidance

Deposit, Payment  & Cancellation Terms

Deposit: 50% due at time of booking. The balance is due the day before your first Foundation module.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel up to 72 hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule within 8 weeks

  • Cancel 48–72 hours: Must provide new date within 7 days

  • Cancel within 24 hours or no-show: Deposit is lost

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for peace of mind.

Legal & Insurance Cover

Colin Richards and Intimacy Matters hold full Civil Liability Insurance, including Public, Products, and Professional Indemnity. All clients and students must sign a waiver before participating in any sensual massage that includes nudity or erotic stimulation.
