In the middle of the oasis, you reach the pool, completely covered with glass which can also be opened on the sides and the roof on warm days. An outdoor shower is standard, and thus, you have a place to relax and enjoy nature in complete privacy. Next to the main house is another apartment with a living bedroom and bathroom. In the same building, to the left of it, there is a laundry room and another modern kitchen.

The laundry room and the kitchen are within walking distance of the living room and bedroom. The property has a water tank prepared with overflow, and associated water shares are included in the purchase price. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners for cooling and heating. In addition, there is a carport right next to the house and an open space, which could be created as a parking space or as a separate driveway for a possible holiday apartment!
